Online Classes

During quarantine I offered weekly movement classes that I recorded for future viewing. These classes flow through a series of exercises designed to increase mobility, improve breathing function and capacity, enhance visual and vestibular skills, and build strength, all while emphasizing mind-body awareness.

The classes are each stand-alone, and we start lying down, progress through seated and kneeling work, and finish standing, feeling enlivened and relaxed!

This monthly subscription gives you access to a library of movement classes filmed in 2020 and spring 2021. You can then work through the videos on your own time and at your own pace. Videos are cycled in and out monthly, so you will always have different material to work through. Each class is 55-60 minutes in length.
